CONTROL Gets Into Top Shape for its 26th Round - 8th till 11th of May, 2012

The CONTROL, leading international trade fair for quality assurance, will be held at the Stuttgart Exhibition Centre from the 8th through the 11th of May, 2012.

After the promising start at the "Vision 2011" the nexonar team will also be at the CONTROL and present its lines of product.

The Vision 2011 in Stuttgart

The Vision 2011, international trade fair for industrial image processing, held in Stuttgart, again opened their gates, from 8.- 10.11.2011.  For the very first time soft2tec from Rüsselsheim (Germany) presented their new nexonar product series. Industrial motion tracking and measurement applications based on ultrasonic pulses generated from nexonar components were shown from soft2tec to the interested audience. Show cases, such as the “flying bat”, equipped with ultrasonic nexonar beacons, tracked with the nexonar 3DListeners, or the Putt Robot, whose motion was captured with high precision (up to 0.1 mm and 0.1 deg) and its data output compared to PGA tour professionals, generated great interest from the a specialist audience. A particular highlight was the presentation of the portable nexonar hard probe measurement system to digitalize single 3D points, which is integrated into the new geomagic Qualify Probe 2012 to allow CAD comparisons and very efficient 3D point measurements. A first prototype of a portable laser probe system to scan 3D Objects was also presented. Based on nexonar components 3D points in space can be easy digitalized and measured.
